TM220 FLEX GLIDE READY is an NSF certified food grade tortilla releasing emulsion ready to use on grills, ovens, loaf pans, boning benches, chopping boards, or other hard surfaces to prevent food from sticking during processing.

TM220 FLEX GLIDE READY meets FDA 21 CFR specification for incidental food contact. It is non-flammable & non-toxic Silicone Emulsion that is safe to use in an open environment.

TM220 FLEX GLIDE READY is intended to prevent Tortillas, Wraps, Flat-Bread & Chapatti from sticking to the Tortilla Griddle without affecting the color, flavor or smell during or after its use. It is applied via a hand sprayer. After the water evaporates, a thin film of clear silicone is imparted on the surface.
